  Starbucks on grande Everytime I've gone to Starbuck I get the same thing everytime and being a former bartista I have a clue how it should be done and EVERY drink has been made different and is 90% of the time my drink is wrong. I herd there is a new manager and I really hope she can turn that place around customer service wasn't great either waited for someone to even notice I was there for at least 2 minutes while the batista dried dishes... when I worked for this starbucks, customers came first ALWAYS no matter what. And the drive threw is extremely slow and when you get to the window to pick up your drinks they don't treat you with the same customer service as inside. It's worse then a McDonalds. I pay good money for my coffee and expect it to be made to my expectations.
